The most gratifying experience for me in real estate is guiding home buyers through the process of purchasing a home and hearing my client exclaim how happy they are with their new place.
Achieving this takes integrity. I am passionate that my clients understand the whole process and every factor of the house they are considering so that they get exactly what’s right for them. In some cases, the home buying process may uncover the truth that purchasing is not in their best interest or timing. I am happier helping them to this conclusion then selling a house to their detriment.
I was born in Spokane and grew up in Colfax on our family farm. Farming gave me a “start to finish” work ethic and valuable experience dealing with the many curve balls of nature and machinery. Farming taught me a great respect for people and equipment and it was during this time that I learned the value of keeping my word and being dependable. Later, I returned to Spokane and now we (my wife and children) are content to be here indefinitely. We love the people, affordable living, and being near extended family.
With a bachelors of arts in finance from Seattle Pacific University and years of residential investment expertise, I can step into my client’s shoes, give a professional and objective assessment, and protect them against a myriad of potential home buyer pitfalls.
In the event my clients and I are thrown a curve ball, I will not give up. I work diligently to ensure it’s resolved by myself personally or by connecting them with the people and resources that can.
Outside of real estate activity you may find me jogging or making memories with my wife and children! I enjoy BBQs, lake sports, and snow boarding. My hands like to keep busy with landscaping and building projects. With my finance degree and experiences, I like to talk and teach investing. Social contribution is also an integral part my family’s fabric as we have seasonly volunteered at the Union Gospel Mission and host weekly church based meetings in our home.
I strive for excellence in everything. Always asking questions, I never want to stop growing, learning, and becoming better at helping my clients find their best possible path.
I’d like to join you on your path and contribute my home buying expertise. Contact me so we can get started.
